Last Friday, Dipont KCS Chengdu held its first Science and Innovation Education Launch and STEAM Experience Day, themed “Building a Strong Foundation in Science, Igniting Innovation Dreams.” The event offered students, parents, and educators a chance to explore and experience STEAM education firsthand.
Teacher Li, head of the teaching research group at Dipont KCS Chengdu, shared that STEAM education has made students more engaged and proactive, showcasing their inquiry and innovation skills. She compared the school’s systematic curriculum design with that of external institutions, highlighting the benefits of comprehensive resources provided by the headquarters—such as teacher manuals, student handbooks, teaching slides, materials, and evaluation tools. These resources allow teachers more time to focus on personalized student development and support.
