Mingxian Wang

Mingxian Wang is a nationally celebrated educational figure who has been honoured by the Sichuan Province for his contribution to schooling.
Mr Wang began his career at Chengdu Shishi Middle School, an acclaimed school in China that was founded over 2,000 years ago. He enjoyed rapid promotion to Vice Principal of the school, overseeing the quality of its teaching and moral education provision.
It was as Principal of two of the finest schools in Chengdu that Mr Wang developed an outstanding reputation for his school leadership and educational expertise. As a result, he was acknowledged as a Model Worker by the Sichuan Province and as a Principal of Distinction by the municipal government of Chengdu.
Mr Wang currently serves as an educational inspector on both a regional and national level. As Vice Chairman of the Sichuan Educational Society, he continues to play an integral role in the delivery of high-quality education in China.

Craig Lewis
Executive Principal
Mr. Craig Lewis is an outstanding educator and leader with over 25 years of experience in the field of international education. His has taught and led in many international schools in the United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, India, Malaysia, China and other Asian and European countries. In China, he has 10 years of experience in managing schools and successfully established Jiaxing School under the Nord Anglia Group, which has deepened his understanding of the educational needs of Chinese families.
Prior to joining Dipont KCS Chengdu, Mr Craig Lewis successfully founded the Jiaxing School of the Nord Anglia Education Group with his team. As the founding principal, he worked effectively with the Chinese principal to implement an integrated curriculum based on the Chinese curriculum, achieving over 30% growth in scale in the first year of operation.Earlier in his career, Mr Craig Lewis was the founding principal of GEMS International School in Malaysia, the primary principal of The British School in India, and the vice principal of Taipei European School, China. He has extensive teaching and management experience in IGCSE, A-Level, IB and other curriculum systems.
Steven Albertus Dorgelo
Head of Primary School
Mr. Steven Dorgelo is an education specialist from the Netherlands and holds a degree in education, a certificate in Marketing from University of Pennsylvania, and certificates in working with children with ADD and ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder). He has over 20 years of experience in international education and is fluent in Dutch, English, and German. He was the primary principal of a leading international school in Chengdu for ten years and co-founder of CISA (Chengdu International Schools Association).
Steven also served as a member of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC) accreditation team. He has extensive experience in international programs and is very practical, creative and humorous, and is loved by parents and students.
Jane Zheng
Head of Middle School
Jane Zheng is a highly experienced Chinese school leader who has developed an outstanding reputation in the Sichuan Province for her fusion of eastern and western pedagogy.
As Deputy General Manager for Dipont Education, Ms. Zheng led the integration of a range of international curricular programmes into its International Curriculum Centres, including A-levels, the IB and the Sino-Canadian Dual Diploma Programme.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Zheng served as Vice Principal of Chengdu Foreign Languages School, overseeing the quality of teaching and learning provision, and leading its highly regarded International Curriculum Department. Under her stewardship, the school established a diverse multilingual culture from which pupils were admitted to a range of prestigious national and international universities.
Ms. Zheng is also an excellent English teacher. She was acknowledged as a Teacher of Distinction by Sichuan Province.
Fiona Daly
Head of Senior School
Fiona graduated with MA (Honours) English and History of Art from the University of Aberdeen in the U.K. She has 10 years’ leadership experience from both UK schools and more recently Fettes College Guangzhou and Wellington College International, Shanghai. Over the course of her 17-year teaching career, she has been passionate about nurturing the talents of young people. She now whole-heartedly looks forward to continuing with this aim at Dipont KCS Chengdu.
